James graduated with a BSc. in Physiotherapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. Prior to this, he completed a BSc. in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy at Athlone Institute of Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic performance.
Before relocating to Vancouver, James worked in a leading Sports Physiotherapy clinic in Dublin City alongside Sean, where he treated a wide range of clients. Their caseload included everyone from recreational athletes to elite-level performers across sports such as soccer, rugby, and Gaelic games. James brings a hands-on, individualized approach to physiotherapy, shaped by both his academic background and practical clinical experience.
James has worked with professional football teams and senior GAA teams in Ireland, providing support in injury management, return-to-play programming, and performance support. These roles have given him valuable insight into the physical demands of sport and how to effectively guide athletes through injury and back to peak performance.
His own experience with sports-related injuries inspired his path into physiotherapy and fuels his passion for helping others regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities they enjoy. James is committed to working closely with each patient to develop tailored treatment plans that support both recovery and long-term health.
Outside of the clinic, James is a passionate soccer player and enjoys staying active through strength training, outdoor adventures, and community sport.

Sean graduated from Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin Ireland. Prior to moving to Vancouver, Sean worked in a leading Sports Physiotherapy clinic in Dublin City, treating a large variety of athletes from soccer players to rugby players. In addition to extensive academic and clinical training, Sean relies on his hands-on clinical experience to guide his physiotherapy practices
Sean enjoys working with a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions and age groups. In his clinical practice, Sean aims to provide his clients with personalized hands-on treatment & IMS/Dry Needling to ensure a swift return to their daily activities and sport.. He combines his strength and conditioning skills with movement analysis to identify and treat the source of his patients’ pain. Sean works closely with his patients to create specific, individualized treatment plans that work for them and their needs and goals.
Since graduation, he has completed additional training in Advanced Dry Needling, IMS, Manual Therapy, soft tissue release, and orthopaedics.
Sean has worked with a number of sports teams as a team physiotherapist in Ireland. He was responsible for assisting in strength and conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation and concussion treatment, and acute pitch side injury management.
Sean played inter county Hurling for Dublin for a number of years. Sean pursued a career in physiotherapy as it played a pivotal role in returning from his own sports related injuries. He enjoys helping others realize their own capabilities, strength, and resilience, and thoroughly enjoys helping patients achieve their activity goals. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking and snowboarding, as well as weight training & climbing.
